As a Quebec company, we fully understand the needs of our customers. We have therefore put in place all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Currently, you can visit us by appointment and enjoy all our regular services, in all our branches.

We strive to keep our activities completely safe for everything from the manufacturing of glasses in our Quebec laboratory to the services provided in our stores. We make the health of our customers and employees our priority.
No-contact measurement taking
To bolster our efforts of putting our cutting-edge technologies to the service of our customers, we have developed Alex, an innovative application for taking digital measurements at a distance. Alex makes it possible to avoid any contact between our customers and opticians when buying a new pair of glasses by combining together 6 devices traditionally used into one simple tool. Capable of taking 12 precise measurements in a just few seconds, Alex makes our customers' experience that much safer.
Cleaning and disinfecting
All devices and equipment are disinfected before and after each use and hand washing is compulsory upon entering the store. In addition, all frames are disinfected after each contact with a customer. The frequency of cleaning in branches has also been considerably increased.
Protection
Our optometrists, opticians and advisers have all the necessary protective equipment to safely perform their tasks.
In addition, mask-wearing is compulsory for all customers and we limit the number of people in branches by only allowing visits by appointment.
Free delivery
To limit your trips to the branch, we offer free home delivery of your contact lenses or glasses.
This way you can renew and pay for your supply of contact lenses online or by telephone without leaving home (provided that your prescription is still valid).
When you buy a new pair of glasses in store, we can pre-adjust your frame and then deliver it directly to your home.
